Returns Policy

As each item is made to order, sales are final. A size guide is available for each product to help find your fit. If you’re unsure, please send me a email on – enquires@n-ana.com and I can help you!

Please email within 3 working days of receiving the item if you have any problems / want to exchange. You can return any item for a refund, or you can exchange it for a different size within 28 days of receiving your original order. Please allow time for a new item to be made for an exchange which can take a further 1-2 weeks. Before you return your item please make sure they are unused, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition, with any labels and tags still attached.

The cost of returning the goods to us is your responsibility. Please make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way! I recommend you select a tracked service and please retain shipping proof incase there are any issues with the post. Lost parcels can only be refunded with proof of postage. The original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the goods are damaged or incorrect.

Upon the very rare occasion, that your parcel gets lost in the post, I cannot be held responsible. I send everything tracked and have proof of postage.

As its just me that cuts out, sews, packages up and posts each item.. please allow up to 10 working days for your item to be made, before being posted. (I will try my best to get items out sooner!) 

If you need it by a certain date, please send me an email and if I can, I’ll prioritise your order to get it out on time.
